DreamersWare Payments Gateway

The DreamersWare Payments Gateway brings payments, subscriptions, tax and compliance together for companies selling online through one or more websites, services or apps. It is headless: every site keeps its own checkout and look, while the sensitive decisions (VAT calculation, consent, evidence, tax documents) are taken by the Gateway, always under the same rules.

It is not a financial intermediary: payments go from the payment provider straight to the company's account. The Gateway is the software that coordinates everything, run by us in the European Union or installed on the client's own servers.

It is currently in testing. When it opens, subscriptions will run through the DreamersWare Payments Gateway, as on our other portals.

How it works

Frequently asked questions

Does the money pass through DreamersWare?

No. With the DreamersWare Payments Gateway, payments go from the payment provider straight to the company's account, under its own contract with the provider. The Gateway is the software that coordinates the process, not a financial intermediary.

Do we have to rebuild our websites' checkouts?

No. The Gateway is headless: every site keeps its own checkout and design, and hands the Gateway the VAT calculation, consents, compliance evidence and tax documents.

Does the Gateway handle electronic invoicing?

Yes. It generates FatturaPA XML in-house and sends it through SdI, the Italian e-invoicing exchange system, foreign customers included; it issues a PDF receipt for every B2C payment and, on request, an invoice even after the purchase.

Can it be installed on our own servers?

Yes. The Gateway is available as a service run by DreamersWare in a dedicated environment in the European Union, or installed on the client's servers with maintenance and updates on subscription.

What is RegistroUsato and when does it open?

RegistroUsato is DreamersWare's digital register of second-hand goods: subscription software for dealers who buy and resell used items. It is currently in testing; the opening date will be announced on this website.
